Great news, at last!
Last Wednesday I accepted a position with Life Senior Services in Tulsa. Pretty much a little-bit-of-everything social service position in the Adult Day Services program, but it seems like it will be a nice place to work in. I am hoping to start on March 10th, so between now and then I'll be scurrying around finding daycare for Amelia and figuring out how we're going to juggle all the dropping off and picking up and soccer practices and etc. Normal life, right?
One tip for any other job seekers out there: pay close attention to the calendar. Guess what happens the day before I start having to be at work at 8:00 every morning? Spring forward... drink coffee and face the day!
